Terms of Service

By creating an account or using neyostar (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and neyogrid ("neyostar", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of neyostar.com.

neyostar is an AI-powered workspace designed for product managers. It provides structured AI capabilities — Think, Discover, Write, and Communicate — grounded in product context that you provide. The Service is currently in beta.

As a beta product, features may change, be added, or be removed at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under it.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.

You may not create accounts for others without their consent, or use automated means to create accounts.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each AI interaction consumes credits according to its type and complexity. Credit allowances vary by plan (Free, Starter, Pro).

Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Top-up credits are one-time purchases with validity periods that depend on your plan (30 days on Free, 6 months on Starter, 1 year on Pro). Unused credits expire at the end of their validity period and are non-refundable.

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the underlying AI models or data
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or credit restrictions
• Upload content you do not have the right to share
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

Your content: You retain ownership of all product context, documents, and other content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

AI-generated output: Content generated by the AI in response to your prompts is provided to you for your use. We make no warranty that AI-generated content is original, accurate, or free from third-party claims.

Our intellectual property: The neyostar platform, brand, design, and all associated software are owned by neyogrid and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

The AI capabilities within neyostar are powered by third-party AI models (currently Anthropic's Claude). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a given purpose.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated output. neyostar is a productivity tool — it does not replace professional judgement, legal advice, financial advice, or any other expert opinion.

Your conversations, product context, and extracted product memories (automatically derived facts from your sessions) may be transmitted to third-party AI providers to generate responses. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.

We are not responsible for the accuracy or quality of AI-generated content, or for any decisions you make based on that content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neyogrid shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.

You may delete your account at any time from the account settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. We will give reasonable notice where possible.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice in the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
